The National Association of Students With A Purpose SPC (NASWAP) is a social purpose corporation that empowers underrepresented, interdisciplinary college students to become socially conscious leaders and entrepreneurs. NASWAP’s mission is to foster a community of purpose-driven, underrepresented, interdisciplinary students who are committed to further developing and using their talents and passions to make a meaningful impact on the world while forging a path to the future they envision for themselves past graduation. The organization provides research opportunities, mentorship, resources, and opportunities for student-led service-learning community projects to interdisciplinary, underrepresented college students, as well as promotes social consciousness and leadership, facilitates networking opportunities, and supports academic and professional success.
