SWAP is a group dedicated to creating lasting local and global social impact. We meet weekly to engage with guest speakers from around the world, give professional development opportunities and workshops, and provide community bonding experiences. We also provide opportunities to participate in innovation summit and conferences outside the university that focus on creating solutions for social impact.
This fall we had the chance to participate in a global innovation summit with United Nations and had the opportunity to present at an international conference in London this April. We now have the opportunity to send new students to the same innovation summit this fall, so we are actively fundraising to support the cost that come with that type of opportunity.
